Dr. Hannah Ensaff

Dr. Ensaff is a lecturer in Nutrition at the School of Food Science & Nutrition at the University of Leeds.  Her primary areas of research are public health nutrition, factors affecting food choice, and the use of food choice data to examine dietary patterns. Her work has encompassed the development of interventions, mixed-methodology evaluations of interventions, the analysis of food choice datasets, and qualitative research exploring factors affecting food choice. In particular, she has examined adolescents’ perspectives on plant-based diets and the potential role of choice architecture in shifting adolescents’ daily food choices towards plant-based foods.
